Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once the order is shipped you should receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are shipped via USPS. At checkout you can select your shipping speed. Delivery time frames are based off of information on the USPS website and are subject to change. Before placing your order make sure all of your information is included and correct. We advise you keep an eye on the tracking so you can be sure to take necessary steps to retrieve your package asap. C Hunter Art has the right to refuse replacement in the cases of stolen packages or incomplete addresses. If for some reason the package is returned to sender, at the fault of the customer, the customer will need to pay the shipping costs to have the package resent
C Hunter Art takes steps to make sure your artwork is packaged safely and will arrive to its destination unscathed. However, things happen sometimes. If for some reason your product is damaged. Please take a picture and send an email to info@chunterart.com. Refunds/replacements will be issued at our discretion. In some cases we may have to wait for the carrier to process the insurance claim before a replacement/refund can occur. C Hunter Art will be in communication with the customer in these cases so everyone is on the same page
At this time C Hunter Art does ship internationally to anywhere that USPS ships. Again keep in mind that shipping costs are estimated based on USPS website information. The customer is responsible for all import taxes. Please budget for potential additional if ordering from out of the United States.
