Refund policy: Refunds are issued at our discretion in the case of damaged product that cannot be replaced.
Once the order is shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is stolen or lost, email us at info@chunterart.com so a claim can be submitted to the carrier. In some cases refunds will not be issued until conclusion of the carrier's investigation.
